exhausted.

Its the end of another weekend, and i feel more exhausted than ever. i finally got a start on my christmas shopping but sadly didnt get as much done as i thought. i cant believe im going to say this but the thought of going to another shopping centre in the coming weeks to christmas is something i am not looking forward to, it will most definatly stress me out even more than usual. everything gets so chaotic and everyone is in a massive rush to get things in order before santa pops in to say hello. its just a scene i dont want to put myself in really, so i may just take up online shopping to avoid the christmas rush. dont get me wrong i love christmas time and all that jazz, i just hate picking out presents for people, (however i will gladly wrap them =]), im always worried that they wont like it or whatever, but i guess its always the thought that counts right.

On another note, sadly, my wrist is still giving me grief, i really think its time for me to see a doctor about it, something just isnt quite feeling right, being that it was the wrist i had broke and had to get an opereration on a few years ago, it was never really that good to start off with. for those of you who dont know the story- when on holidays down in victoria i was running through the house (even though i was always taught not to, sorry mum) with my once favourite pig slippers on, anyway i thought id be clever and jump a bean bag that was sitting in a doorway (nice place to put it by the way jarra lol) when the stupid slipper got caught on the end of the bean bag and i completely face planted it, yes i no it sounds funny but im thankful noone was around to witness this how embarrasing, anyway somewhere between tripping and hitting the floor i guess my hand got caught up in there somewhere and it has been causing stress and pain ever since (yes 3 weeks later). both my mum and jarrason have been telling me to go and see someone about it, i really thought it was going to mend itself but i guess not, and i guess its better to be safe than sorry and find out whats really going on.

Im STILL having my sex and the city marathon, ive just started season 5, not long to go now, i still have a gazillion movies in my room that i brought back from bali, that i havnt had time to watch, so anyone up for a movie night, let me no lol.

have a good night guys

i have discovered gold !!

i have discovered something that has completely sent me over the moon... and back, and has definatly made my day. being that it is my only day off during the week things were already getting off to a great start, getting a little bit of a sleep in, house to myself, no washing to do, and eating milkos and watching oprah and sex and the city (so far im up to season 3, im determined to finish the lot before the month is out) has taken my couch potatoness to a whole new level. i decided to visit the lovely jarra for lunch , and interupt his work for a half hour or so when it happened, after having a bite to eat, it was time for the usual sugar fix we both needed to keep us open eyed for the rest of the day, when walking into the little lolly shop that we love so dearly i was overwhelmed with the choices they had on offer for us today, after looking at all the lollies they had on display, there it was hiding in the corner of the cabinet.... skittles bubblegum !!!!
after realising my addiction to the flavours of the rainbow when on holidays in victoria i couldnt believe my eyes when i realised that they made these tasty little treats in a candy that u can chew on and chew on, and the flavour stays the same. the best thing is they taste exactly like the real flavours of skittles.
im thrilled !!

lonely lady.

With another week of work down i happy to announce that its the weekend and that thankfully i dont have to grace beachside with my prescence until monday morning, even though the weekend is amoungst us i am sad to report the lack of excitment for this weekends activities is dreadful. it feels like yamba has turned into a bit of a ghost town either that or we have all turned into hermits u decide??

on a happier note i just found out that i am going on a family vacation in early january up to the sunshine coast which i am thrilled about. it feels like forever since the fam went away together and it will be good to catch up with other family members who have just returned from living in new zealand for a few years and have chose mooloolaba as their new place of residency, lucky ducks !!

while sitting on the computer at jarras i must mention the enormous silver commercial looking oven that is staring at me while it waits to be placed in its home amoungst the cooking utencils, its probably the biggest oven ive ever seen and i cant wait for the feasts that it is gona cook up. and wow that was random.

i must mention the turn in weather from the past few days, it seems to have made a suprising turnaround from earlier in the week when it was dull and gloomy, the sun has come out just in time for the weekend, so im expecting that the beach will be coming into my weekend activities if it keeps up, thats if im not to obese to get off the couch, eating skittles and drinking lemonade till i can no longer move really wasnt a good idea jarra i must say.

well i can hear a movie calling my name, thats if i can convince jarra to stop playing pokemon on his gameboy, its definatly going to be a challenge.

nighty night.

the puple people eater.

i must first start out by saying how excited i am to be writing a blog it really does rock my socks. =]

well last week was one of the most amazing weeks of my life. i had so much fun visiting Victoria and getting to know the place where jarra grew up and meeting the lovely people that reside down south. although the weather was a little crisp when we first arrived it turned out to be rather nice weather definatly something i could get used to. i honestly do not have a bad word about that place and the people i met when i was there they were all lovely and even though my time spent there was short i miss it and the people incredibly. i think its fair enough to say i had an absolute hoot. i never thought that i would want to leave my home town but after visiting vicco i must say id move tomoro if i had the chance. im working on it though dont worry.

not much longer now until the year is over im so excited for summer to arrive there is always so much to do over the chrissy holidays and i am so much looking forward to big day out with jarra although this year i just hope that everything runs smoothly unlike other years of our unfortunate mishaps that we experienced. speaking of festival fun i am contemplating purchasing a bluesfest ticket for next year, hopefully my uncle can pull some strings and snag us a few freebies, fingers crossed anyway.

i recently purchased black books off ebay and i am eagerly awaiting its arrivial. the lovely chloe introduced us to this amazingly hilarious show and i must say i am having some serious withdrawels from it and skittles (the normal skittles not sensations even though we know how much jarra loves the red chilli ones) still waiting for the free lunch by the way, anyway the two really do go hand in hand, bring on the sugar rush.

i am so excited for the next few months, and am eager for some amazing changes and adventures along the way.
